Facebook Like Box Plugin

Facebook has announced that their popular Like Box plugin is being deprecated and will no longer function after June 23, 2015.  They recommend using their new “Page Plugin” instead.

Esthetically, the new Page Plugin is very similar to the old Like Box plugin, but offers the opportunity to include your cover photo.

Implementation of their new plugin is very similar to the old like box, however they no longer offer iframe code.  Please note that if you intend to place it in the sidebar of your WordPress site and your sidebar is less than 280 pixels wide, it won’t fit.  The mininum width of the plugin is 280 pixels.
